Hey Guys,

This page is to provide examples of the types of workouts I have used or use depending on my goals at the time.  Please remember that while people are genetically similar there are variations that may be better suited to an individual’s physiology, starting point, and goals.  As such, the majority of the programs I list here will be geared toward general performance and function.
